Garlic Cheese Flat Bread

Flat bread goes well with pasta, soups, and stews. This simple, delicious recipe can be made in the regular oven or a toaster oven. For variety, add any spices that you like or pre-cooked meat.

Garlic Cheese Flat Bread

1 or 2 already baked flat bread loaves
4 tablespoons margarine or softened stick butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup each grated
*Cheddar cheese
*Colby cheese
*Parmesan cheese
(or any 3 cheeses of your liking)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Lay out the flat bread. Spread evenly with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Distribute each kind of cheese evenly over the flat bread.

Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place onto a large cutting board. With a pizza cutter, slice into strips and serve.
